- Oversee email, SMS, and customer lifecycle programs
- Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, and retention
- Leverage RFM segmentation and customer data for personalization
- Plan, optimize, and report budgets across multiple regions
- Ensure efficient resource allocation across campaigns and channels
- Expand and diversify performance marketing channels
- Oversee SEO/AEO/GEO strategy for improved search visibility
- Maintain top-tier keyword rankings in Europe and the US
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
- Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient performance
- Support DTC/E-commerce forecasting and sales planning
- Amplify product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
- Provide detailed performance reports to senior management
- Guide investment decisions and strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on MarTech and AI developments
- Identify and implement new digital marketing opportunities
