- Oversee the full data lifecycle from ingestion to distribution
- Manage and mentor data engineers and architects
- Set technical direction and manage team performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Attract and retain top data talent
- Partner with the CDO to shape data strategy
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities
- Optimize platform performance, costs, and capabilities
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
