- 7+ years experience in Customer Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Automation, CRM or similar
- Understanding of customer analytics, behavioral modelling, CRM drivers and communication
- Management skills, analytical and strategic thinking
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and tools
- Experience in analytical modelling or predictive analytics projects
- Very good Excel skills, Power BI or Tableau experience advantageous

- Create growth strategies per segment and department
- Develop customer behavior modelling
- Execute custom-targeted marketing campaigns
- Build the Customer Analytics Roadmap for business projects
- Identify opportunities for analytics to drive business value
- Foster collaboration with Retail, Marketing, and IT teams
- Prioritize team projects against the analytical roadmap
- Provide on-the-job sparring for team members
- Create and manage individual development plans
