- Financial Planning, Budgetierung und rollierende Forecasts verantworten
- Konsolidierung aller europäischen Standorte durchführen
- Management Reporting weiterentwickeln
- KPI-Dashboard aufbauen und pflegen
- Sparringpartner für VP Corporate Operations und europäisches Management sein
- Business Cases durchführen und bewerten
- Investitions- und Transformationsprojekte (inkl. M&A) durchführen und bewerten
- CapEx-Controlling verantworten
- Projektbegleitung und -bewertung durchführen
- Team mit aktuell 4 Mitarbeitenden führen und weiterentwickeln
- Controlling-Systemlandschaft (z. B. SAP HANA, LucaNet) weiterentwickeln
- Prozesse digitalisieren und automatisieren
- Compliance-Anforderungen sicherstellen
- Internes Kontrollsystem weiterentwickeln
- Internationale Controlling- und Transformationsprojekte leiten und mitarbeiten
