  • Proven P&L responsibility and group/executive level experience
  • Deep financial modeling, dashboards, executive reporting expertise
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, project management skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and global collaboration
  • Strong AI and automation affinity
  • Experience/aptitude automating reporting, analytics, workflows
  • Experience with institutional investors and IR processes
  • High judgment and discretion
  • Ability to operate independently

Tasks

  • Own group-wide reporting and analytics
  • Track fund and product performance
  • Monitor AUM development by region
  • Oversee infrastructure, sales, and growth targets
  • Design operational and financial reporting
  • Optimize operational and financial reporting

  • Build complex operational models
  • Build complex financial models
  • Maintain complex operational models
  • Maintain complex financial models
  • Develop KPIs (AUM, commitments, deployment, MOIC, IRR, DPI, pipeline, regional growth metrics)
  • Aggregate regional data inputs
  • Synthesize data into decision-ready insights
  • Co-lead business expansion initiatives
  • Expand into new geographies
  • Develop new products
  • Scale internal infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations
  • Manage LP reporting
