- Understanding of stablecoins, DeFi, tokenized RWAs
- Builder's mindset
- Comfortable operating without a playbook
- Excited to write a playbook
- Previous early GTM hire experience
- Existing network in institutional crypto
- Existing network in digital asset management
- Existing network in exchange business development
- Exceptional written communication
- Exceptional verbal communication
- Ability to distill complex documents into single paragraphs
- Ability to pitch to a CIO
- Based in London or willing to relocate
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Build and run Midas's distribution engine
- Expand mTokens' reach through commercial relationships
- Identify and scale distribution channels
- Lead commercial conversations and integrations
- Grow each channel into a meaningful TVL contributor
- Manage pipeline and lead acquisition
- Source, qualify, and close opportunities
- Define ICPs, segmentation, and sales motion
- Build GTM operating system
- Own key account relationships
- Expand and deepen partnerships
- Ensure strategic account growth
- Hire and develop the sales team
- Set high standards for execution and product knowledge
- Provide market intelligence to leadership
- Shape product roadmap and positioning
