- Strong execution mindset and deal management capabilities
- Experience coordinating outbound or BDR activities

- Fluency in English and Italian
- Experience in AI, SaaS, consulting, digital services, or enterprise solutions

Tasks

- Recover stalled or inactive opportunities
- Supervise BDR activities
- Ensure consistency and quality in outbound initiatives
- Improve lead qualification and follow-up processes
- Monitor commercial execution and accountability
- Optimize outreach workflows and conversion dynamics
- Maintain CRM visibility and pipeline organization
- Track and update opportunities
- Support reporting and pipeline management
- Enhance funnel efficiency and commercial workflows
