Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand, or public affairs
  • •Background in defence, aerospace, space, security policy, or government-facing industries
  • •Proven experience in B2G or institutional communications
  • •Excellent writing and narrative-building skills in English
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive level
  • •High sensitivity to geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational risks
  • •Experience working with Ministries of Defence, space agencies, or prime contractors
  • •Understanding of EU / NATO defence ecosystems
  • •Previous work in a deep tech or dual-use environment
  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •Experienced level of expertise

  • •Define and maintain the messaging framework
  • •Translate geopolitical and defence policy developments into communication narratives
  • •Own the company's tone of voice and brand positioning
  • •Engage with key industrial and political circles
  • •Act as a strategic communications partner to the CEO and senior leadership
  • •Ensure alignment between communications, marketing, and public affairs teams
  • •Provide guidance to the communications execution team
  • •Shape PR strategy and media positioning
  • •Drive executive thought leadership through op-eds and keynotes
  • •Manage press activities, announcements, and briefings
  • •Oversee messaging for high-stakes announcements and partnerships
  • •Ensure communications are suitable for defence-sensitive contexts
  • •Review and approve external materials for consistency and credibility
