Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven brand and digital marketing design experience with strong systems thinking and multi-channel execution
- Strong command of modern digital design workflows across web, campaigns, email, social, paid media, and video
- Working knowledge of performance-oriented marketing design, including fast iteration, modularity, and versioning
- AI literacy applied to creative production, including building repeatable, brand-safe workflows and governance
- Solid understanding of quality control, licensing, usage rights, data privacy, and brand governance in enterprise/B2B context
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management, calm under deadlines, high bar for quality
Tasks
- Own and evolve Speexx's visual brand
- Develop brand guidelines and design system
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead the production design team
- Set priorities for the design team
- Establish design workflows
- Define quality standards for design
- Deliver design work fast and reliably
- Drive creative direction for marketing initiatives
- Execute creative for web
- Execute creative for campaigns
- Execute creative for lifecycle marketing
- Execute creative for paid media
- Execute creative for events, including booth design
- Execute creative for video
- Build scalable production systems
- Create templates for production
- Develop modular asset kits
- Establish repeatable design formats
- Increase design output and consistency
- Establish AI-enabled design workflows
- Establish automation-enabled design workflows
- Improve design speed and quality
- Ensure brand safety and compliance in design
- Manage design rights and review processes
- Partner with Revenue Operations
