Tasks
- Execute strategic plan for Airborne Sensors (ABS)
- Align technology, geospatial solutions, sales, and service delivery
- Partner with divisional president and other business units
- Refine corporate vision, growth priorities, and long-range objectives
- Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Collaborate with Head of Airborne Mapping Services
- Balance competing customer needs for market success
- Own full P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance management systems
- Oversee product management, development, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Guide development and commercialization of airborne sensors and software
- Align product roadmaps with market demand and customer needs
- Balance innovation with scalability, security, and regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation in aerial imagery and LiDAR
- Work with CTO, Product Management, and R&D teams
- Lead business development, sales, and go-to-market strategies
- Support sales of high-value assets to niche customers
- Champion brand and communicate value propositions
- Lead, mentor, and develop executive leadership and senior managers
- Foster high-performance, collaborative culture
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with CFO
- Present financial and operational updates to leadership
- Represent company with board members, customers, and industry partners
- Support corporate governance, risk management, and compliance
- Act as visible leader and spokesperson
