Tasks

  • Execute strategic plan for Airborne Sensors (ABS)
  • Align technology, geospatial solutions, sales, and service delivery
  • Partner with divisional president and other business units
  • Refine corporate vision, growth priorities, and long-range objectives
  • Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and acquisitions
  • Collaborate with Head of Airborne Mapping Services
  • Balance competing customer needs for market success
  • Own full P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance management systems
  • Oversee product management, development, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Guide development and commercialization of airborne sensors and software
  • Align product roadmaps with market demand and customer needs
  • Balance innovation with scalability, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive innovation in aerial imagery and LiDAR
  • Work with CTO, Product Management, and R&D teams
  • Lead business development, sales, and go-to-market strategies
  • Support sales of high-value assets to niche customers
  • Champion brand and communicate value propositions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop executive leadership and senior managers
  • Foster high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with CFO
  • Present financial and operational updates to leadership
  • Represent company with board members, customers, and industry partners
  • Support corporate governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Act as visible leader and spokesperson
