Tasks

  • Manage new product launches for Vaccines and GenMed through CMOs
  • Licensing mature products to fund organic growth
  • Transform the External Manufacturing SPPM organization
  • Lead strategic sourcing decisions and project execution
  • Support Sanofi's organic and inorganic growth
  • Ensure alignment with EM&S, M&S, and R&D
  • Develop and lead a diverse and talented team
  • Make sourcing decisions for early-stage R&D projects
  • Manage budgets, resources, and NPVs
  • Ensure timely market entry and first-time execution
  • Maintain compliance and environmental standards
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and mitigation

  • Negotiate contracts with CMOs
  • Represent EM&S in senior leadership committees
