Head Information Security GRC and Aviation Partnership(m/w/x)

Description

Reporting to the CISO, you will lead the security GRC strategy while acting as a senior advocate to shape global aviation cyber resilience through industry partnerships and regulatory engagement.

Requirements

• •10 years of information security experience
• •5 years of senior leadership experience
• •Aviation industry and client-facing experience (plus)
• •Experience defining information security governance frameworks
• •Cybersecurity certification like CISSP or CISM (plus)
• •Understanding of emerging technologies and infrastructure
• •Ability to engage clients and regulators
• •Fluent English with superior communication skills
• •Willingness to travel

Tasks

• •Govern security policies and standards
• •Align controls with aviation safety
• •Manage policy exceptions and forums
• •Develop the GRC strategy roadmap
• •Define cyber posture assessment methodologies
• •Map controls to ISO and NIST
• •Lead control effectiveness testing
• •Manage the security risk framework
• •Integrate security into enterprise risk
• •Present risk posture to management
• •Plan cyber BCM and crisis response
• •Manage third-party and supplier risk
• •Support procurement with security inputs
• •Oversee security awareness programs
• •Promote a safety-first security culture
• •Define KPIs and maturity metrics
• •Develop executive and regulatory dashboards
• •Advocate to aviation regulatory bodies
• •Lead participation in cyber working groups
• •Build relationships with industry partners
• •Represent the organization at conferences
• •Publish white papers and reports
• •Support cross-industry cyber exercises
