- Demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
- Translate requirements into configured solutions
- Conduct detailed unit testing of Workday solutions
- Support customers during multiple testing rounds
- Resolve test issues under guidance of Lead Consultant
- Perform final deployment activities
- Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support
- Work on 1-3 full-cycle implementation projects in first year
- Continue building knowledge through additional training
- Handle multiple or concurrent project experiences
