As a Hair Care Expert at Sephora, you will engage with customers by providing expert advice across various beauty departments while continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills. This role involves selling products, managing the Beauty Hub, and ensuring an inviting and well-stocked sales floor.

Requirements

• •At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department
• •Excellent communication skills with customers
• •Mature experience in retail, consulting, and dealing with customers

• •Fluent in English or native language of the country

Tasks

• •Provide active support and advice to customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance
• •Embody the Sephora Attitude by being welcoming, knowledgeable, and effective in closing sales
• •Sell products using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships
• •Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers
• •Continuously develop your own expertise in beauty products
• •Collaborate with the team to share expertise and insights
• •Deliver short and insightful services across all departments
• •Implement beauty classes for customer engagement
• •Manage the Beauty Hub and its responsibilities
• •Develop team looks to align with brands, trends, and animations
• •Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
• •Maintain assortment and merchandise effectively
• •Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
• •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
• •Handle warehousing and stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• •Assist with the conversion and construction of merchandising updates
• •Conduct inventories as required
• •Operate the cash register
• •Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations
