Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Wide & deep experience (+10 years) in engineering and new processes implementation in pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in project management and team leadership

Tasks

  • Lead the engineering strategy for Fill & Finish.
  • Provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor engineering teams.
  • Drive standardization and innovation.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Lead Fill & Finish activities for Global Engineering.
  • Collaborate with local lead engineers.
  • Assure engineering and process design deliverables.
  • Establish and review design requirements.
  • Plan and develop process units and systems.
  • Design layouts and functional flows.
  • Establish and review project descriptions.
  • Establish and review process flow diagrams.
  • Coordinate design engineers for process equipment.
  • Implement Octapharma engineering concepts and standards.
  • Compare technical and commercial solutions.
  • Ensure cGMP compliance for solutions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions and local engineering.
  • Define strategic design solutions and standards.
  • Support company capacity and efficiency requirements.
  • Support standard transfer to local sites.
  • Participate in further standard development.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and expert.
