- •Evaluate and implement critical business systems
- •Sustain systems throughout the product lifecycle
- •Manage a global team across three sites
- •Assess internal needs and the external landscape
- •Maintain a validated and compliant systems portfolio
- •Drive business effectiveness and efficiency
- •Ensure robust infrastructure for ICSR exchange
- •Provide data for compliance oversight
- •Identify opportunities for process automation and AI
- •Collaborate with IT and safety communities
- •Offer expert guidance on safety systems and reporting
- •Represent the company to health authorities and industry associations
- •Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- •Inspire and empower a senior global team
- •Contribute to the overarching strategic direction of PDS
