Requirements
- •University degree in law or equivalent working experience
- •Expertise in data protection laws and practices
- •Deep understanding of GDPR and information security standards
- •Certification as Data Protection Officer or willingness to obtain
- •Operational experience in information technology field
- •Strong analytical skills to identify core issues
- •Strong problem-solving ability for practical privacy solutions
- •Ability to build solid relationships and influence diverse groups
- •Strong communication skills in English and German
- •Strong project management skills

Tasks
- •Implement GDPR at European Cosma locations
- •Support management and employees with Data Privacy operations
- •Develop and adapt processes to meet legal requirements
- •Evaluate new and existing applications and documentation
- •Identify gaps in internal processes related to laws and policies
- •Promote Data Privacy awareness through training sessions
- •Assist in preparing and documenting internal audits for Data Privacy
- •Collaborate with other GDPCs to enhance team productivity
- •Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements for compliance
- •Support internal teams with regulatory queries and guidance
- •Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents
- •Liaise with Magna and other groups for information exchange
- •Participate in internal audits for regulatory compliance
- •Support training initiatives on regulatory updates
