- Manage payroll and legal compliance for 4,000+ cleaning agents
- Lead multilingual support teams for industry-leading response times
- Set and enforce KPIs for customer satisfaction
- Drive strategy for Swiss Cleaning Academy
- Ensure rigorous and scalable training programs
- Manage synergy between Swiss and Lisbon hubs
- Ensure cultural and operational consistency across borders
- Travel to lead teams and audit local performance
- Manage operational budget and financial performance
- Allocate capital efficiently to drive ROI
- Ensure necessary infrastructure, technology, and human capital
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures
- Bridge Swiss and Lisbon operational hubs
