Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology
- 3-5 years working experience as Graduate Programme manager or similar HR/Learning & Development role in global organisation
- Competency in talent development, learning journey design, curriculum development, programme management
- HR consulting and advisory skills, passion to support young talents
- Conceptual capabilities and execution power, good project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Good presentation skills for hosting training, workshops, or meetings
- Business acumen and strong interest in private banking
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), learning management systems experience is a plus
- Fluent English and German (verbally and written), French or Italian is an advantage
Tasks
- Co-lead global Graduate Programme
- Collaborate with regions, business units, and HR
- Develop programme aligned with Bank’s strategy
- Manage Graduate life cycle
- Coach and support Graduates and line managers
- Design learning curriculum
- Implement HR-related processes
- Plan university marketing activities
- Represent Julius Baer to students
- Communicate programme to stakeholders
- Review programme progress
- Propose and implement improvements
- Engage in learning and development initiatives
