- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams
- University degree in Life Sciences, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Formal project management qualification
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, ERP systems
- Program/portfolio management

Tasks
- Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects.
- Manage global product launches and lifecycle initiatives.
- Oversee technology transfers and divestments.
- Create end-to-end project visions.
- Integrate project visions into product strategy.
- Align project priorities with Product Team Lead.
- Coordinate project stakeholders with Product Team Lead.
- Manage project resources and budget with Product Team Lead.
- Remove obstacles for successful project execution.
- Drive proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Markets, Regulatory, and TechOps functions.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with global and local teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Align with Commercial, Regulatory, and TechOps on supply and commercial strategies.
- Translate market needs into manufacturing and supply capabilities.
- Develop project reporting dashboards.
- Track project status, KPIs, and resource visibility.
- Represent GMS Project Management in Product Teams.
- Represent GMS Project Management in cross-functional forums.
