- Identify recurring themes and trends in sustainability
- Maintain an overview of material sustainability topics
- Implement a structured process for managing sustainability requests
- Clarify intake and coordination pathways for sustainability requests
- Support definition of roles and ways of working across functions
- Develop guidance and reference materials for sustainability topics
- Shift the organization from reactive to proactive sustainability responses
- Facilitate alignment on external sustainability messaging
- Synthesise market-derived sustainability insights
- Support sustainability strategy discussions
- Identify and prioritise material sustainability topics
- Contribute to portfolio and capability development
- Provide fact-based insights on evolving sustainability expectations
- Act as a connecting interface between Sustainability and customer-facing functions
- Support Marketing & Sales with sustainability insights
- Facilitate collaboration without assuming ownership of decisions
