- Strong knowledge of buildings/smart buildings industry
- Proven experience in market segmentation and insight integration
- Good knowledge of relevant segmentation methodologies/frameworks
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed organization
- Proven project leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and convincingly
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with segmentation and analytical tools
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Tasks
- Develop and evolve market segmentation models
- Leverage customer interviews and qualitative insights
- Conduct market studies and research
- Analyze quantitative data and market intelligence
- Ensure alignment of segmentation approaches across geographies
- Align segmentation with business units and strategic initiatives
- Translate segmentation outputs into actionable insights
- Support value proposition tailoring
- Lead strategic marketing projects
- Integrate insights from market and competitive intelligence
- Synthesize external research findings
- Collaborate with Technical Units
- Work with Vertical Market Managers
- Coordinate with country organizations
- Align with overall marketing strategy and objectives
