Requirements

• •3-5 years' Product Development experience
• •Knowledge in garment construction and fitting
• •Experience with vendors and factory operations
• •Knowledge of product lifecycle and manufacturing
• •Ability to travel to overseas facilities
• •Desire to learn and innovation curiosity
• •Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Deadline driven and organized mindset
• •Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, PLM
• •Good oral and written communication skills
• •Fluent written and spoken English
• •Strong interactive skills
• •Degree in Design, Engineering, or Manufacturing

Tasks

• •Develop product categories from initial design to final realization
• •Recommend materials and construction techniques to meet design expectations
• •Analyze development costs and ensure on-time delivery
• •Lead handover meetings with the design team
• •Suggest improvements for construction, aesthetics, and manufacturing
• •Create and update technical packs and bills of materials
• •Coordinate sample delivery with regional sourcing teams
• •Provide guidance to meet style-specific cost and FOB targets
• •Plan and track development schedules for all products
• •Evaluate samples and execute changes from fit sessions
• •Approve strike-offs, mock-ups, and graphic submissions
• •Participate in process and calendar optimization projects
• •Communicate with regional offices to ensure product quality
• •Co-lead fitting sessions with designers and pattern makers
• •Collaborate with raw material sourcing and cross-functional teams
• •Implement proactive and sustainable product solutions
