- Working in global strategic sourcing function (advantageous)
- Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, transport, or professional services sector (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Coupa and PowerBI (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Degree in commercial, economics, business, or engineering
- Nationally recognized professional certification (procurement/supply chain)
Tasks
- Lead IT category management across multiple countries
- Identify sourcing projects for cost savings and quality improvement
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing projects
- Analyze demand and supply for IT category
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts
- Support business stakeholders in project implementation
- Manage Sourcing Managers on category-based projects
- Enhance supplier relationship management
- Monitor strategic supplier performance
- Identify commercial value and cost savings using procurement technology
- Deploy fast, guided, and strategic buy channels
- Ensure effective management of less strategic IT spend
- Support Procurement policy and process implementation
- Implement no PO no pay policy and catalog usage
- Develop change and project management plans
- Support new ways of working in Procurement
- Demonstrate high standards and share best practices
- Review and improve end-to-end IT spend processes
- Manage supplier base and channel management
- Ensure purchase order compliance and adoption
- Optimize workflow and approvals
- Improve payment processes and data analytics
