• •Track record of expanding access to underserved populations
• •Experience in leading in a large matrixed organization
• •Ability to lead in a dynamic multi-function environment

• •Fluency in verbal and written English

Tasks

• •Lead operational delivery of clinical studies
• •Ensure timely and accurate data entry
• •Architect and translate operational strategy
• •Collaborate with Therapeutic Area and Disease Area Leaders
• •Engage with Country leaders and senior stakeholders
• •Represent PDG at Global Development and Lifecycle Teams
• •Develop and adapt Asset strategy and tactics
• •Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
• •Inspire and develop talent within the team
• •Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback
• •Manage 8-10 direct reports
• •Champion inclusive behaviors within the team
• •Facilitate growth opportunities for team members
• •Handle people management-related administration tasks
