- Identify unmet medical needs
- Guide innovative development and in-licensing
- Develop Target Product Profiles
- Provide medical guidance and training
- Lead medical plans and research initiatives
- Review scientific literature and trends
- Build scientific partnerships with KOLs and societies
- Oversee medical content for digital platforms
- Participate in Therapeutic Area Review Committees
- Monitor clinical activities and safety
- Manage risk and regulatory documentation
