- Develop and implement Medical Affairs plans
- Prepare for product launches
- Develop publication plans
- Organize webinars
- Develop key messages and communication strategy
- Plan and execute KOL engagement
- Set up and manage product Scientific Platforms
- Execute publication planning and strategy
- Build and execute real-world data generation strategy
- Analyze real-world data
- Execute transition of pre-launch activities and information
- Secure global commercial partners
- Support global product launches
- Provide medical affairs support to commercial partners
- Support field medical affairs teams
- Support medical liaisons
- Support medical advisors
- Support scientists
- Support partner activities and projects
- Provide scientific updates to partners
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with partners
- Provide scientific training to partners
- Offer medical information support to partners
- Oversee transition of microbiology susceptibility testing
- Oversee transition of microbiological surveillance programs
- Oversee transition of therapeutic drug monitoring
- Oversee transition of diagnostics
- Oversee transition of other relevant scientific activities
