Requirements

  • Significant contribution to strategic planning (Category/Brand)
  • Significant innovation experience (growth opportunity identification, product development, assets creation, performance management)
  • Develop new product concepts/claims from consumer insights/data
  • Craft toolkits/communications with consumer insights/brand equity
  • Develop integrated digital campaigns (paid/owned/earned)
  • Develop relationships with OU/Functions (marketing, R&D, QSC, medical, commercial excellence)
  • Lead complex projects in matrix organisation
  • Commercial acumen (P&L/budget management, pricing/mix/promotional strategies, brand architecture, performance focus)
  • Strong influential skills with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of science and technical development experience (plus)
  • Enable and drive change (resilience and tenacity)

Tasks

  • Lead global innovation strategy for Otrivin & Flonase
  • Develop and execute end-to-end innovation processes
  • Partner with R&D, markets, supply chain, and finance
  • Align global and local market interests for growth
  • Set brand innovation strategy using consumer insights
  • Identify innovation opportunities and product development
  • Drive best-in-class innovation programs
  • Manage innovation pipeline from concept to toolkit creation
  • Develop global marketing programs for innovation
  • Create differentiated channel pack architecture
  • Support pricing and promotion strategies
  • Develop superior and differentiated claims roadmap
  • Set and manage innovation guardrails and thresholds
  • Optimize innovation plans and portfolio
  • Ensure delivery of toolkits and content
  • Establish sustainability plans within innovation
  • Guide and motivate the team
  • Set strong behavioral examples
  • Engage a diverse workforce
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Stay close to market performance and trends
  • Ensure alignment and program delivery
  • Solve problems for performance
