Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Scientific literacy
- Experience in medical education, scientific communication, marketing support, customer engagement, or international/matrix environments
- Strong attention to scientific accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple nationalities
- Ability to independently execute customer-related projects
- Willingness to travel (~25%)
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Business-level English; German and additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Develop and deliver global educational programs and materials
- Support planning and execution of international scientific initiatives
- Coordinate adaptation of global materials for affiliates
- Oversee medical content development for global education
- Monitor effectiveness of global programs and share best practices
- Support follow-up programs aligned with global strategy
- Contribute to product-related clinical initiatives
- Integrate affiliate insights into global strategy and planning
- Build relationships with medical experts and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with affiliates to identify market needs
