- University degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- Min. 10 years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Medical Affairs (ideally global) and in leading teams
- Strong project management and IT skills
- High intercultural competence, team spirit, and proactive, goal-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent)

- Lead and develop the GMA Operations & Excellence team
- Optimize processes, workflows, and systems
- Drive digitalization and omnichannel projects
- Manage Medical Information Services
- Design and deliver B2B trainings
- Establish a unified GMA training framework
- Ensure compliance and quality management
- Maintain audit readiness
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
