- Own customer quality performance
- Drive continuous improvement globally
- Establish transparent KPI monitoring
- Report KPIs to customers and senior management
- Apply automotive quality tools
- Support global quality standards
- Enforce structured problem-solving
- Manage customer complaints and non-conformities
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee NCRs and systemic quality improvements
- Govern change requests globally
- Control implementation of changes
- Align changes with customers
- Act as primary customer quality contact
- Lead customer audits
- Ensure successful audit outcomes
- Manage customer escalations
- Represent the company in critical situations
- Lead Customer Quality in Switzerland
- Provide functional leadership globally
- Build a strong customer quality organization
- Ensure clear deputy structures
- Drive change management across functions
