- Develop and oversee global investigations process
- Update policies, procedures, and investigation templates
- Maintain and develop whistleblower system
- Ensure confidentiality and professional case handling
- Ensure compliance with global ethical standards
- Organize investigations training and awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Manage external service providers for compliance investigations
