- Ensure Right First Time delivery of CMC packages
- Drive next-generation synthetic capabilities
- Serve as single point of accountability for PTD site-related matters
- Represent and advance PTD interests at Basel Kaiseraugst Management Meeting
- Foster a High Performing Organization
- Oversee operational health of PTD Basel labs and pilot plants
- Manage Basel site IT/OT investments
- Ensure Synthetic Molecule Facility meets milestones
- Facilitate seamless transition from construction to production
- Serve as SPOC for PT Safety, Health, and Environment Council
- Chair PTD SHE Governance body
- Partner across PT and PTD network to simplify landscape
- Act as primary partner for R&D units and LSPC members
- Embed Lean/OE principles to achieve 100PY targets
- Deliver early and late stage portfolio on time and Right First Time
- Prevent first-cycle approval delays due to CMC issues
- Complete and validate Synthetic Molecule Facility
- Meet or exceed PTD compliance, sustainability, and safety targets
- Develop and grow employees in Basel site and PTD
