Tasks
- Shape end-to-end platform strategy for Device and Delivery Systems (DDS)
- Lead and support company-wide Technical Development (CMC) device portfolio
- Chair Global Device Review Forum (GDRF) and serve on LSTDC
- Influence external manufacturing network strategy for patient-centric delivery systems
- Ensure new device architectures align with sustainability principles
- Lead Global PT Device Community in a Collective Leadership model
- Collaborate with Device and Packaging Industrialization (MSAT) teams
- Forge relationships with R&D units and Global Health Authorities
- Accelerate development of next-generation device platforms
- Integrate Data, Digital, and AI capabilities into device design
- Transition organization to Lab of the Future model
- Identify and mitigate operational risks early
- Drive Lean/Operational Excellence principles
- Mentor and develop successors and rising stars
- Foster an inclusive and values-driven environment
