- Set short and medium-term priorities
- Coordinate advisory Council and working group activities
- Understand and communicate member requirements
- Monitor ATM modernization plans
- Develop action plans for IATA positions
- Identify and support safety and efficiency initiatives
- Promote IATA ATM charges positions
- Establish KPIs for ATM performance
- Contribute to CNS/ATM policies
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
