Requirements
- Degree in logistics, accounting, hospitality, automotive sector or comparable
- Long-term experience in Fleet Management (operational delivery, account management or strategic leadership)
- In-depth knowledge of key fleet topics (safety, sustainability, reporting, vehicle, lease/buy models, lifecycle management, cost optimization)
- Proven ability to govern complex projects
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder-engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advantageous German language skills
- Willingness to travel as appropriate
Tasks
- Drive a modern, sustainable, employee-centric mobility strategy
- Develop and implement a global Fleet & Mobility strategy
- Ensure strategy balances safety, sustainability, cost, and talent attraction
- Assess regional delivery models
- Optimize structures and processes
- Implement improvements for consistent service quality
- Establish processes for compliance and risk management
- Oversee spend transparency and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Sourcing partners
- Define supplier strategies for global vendors
- Define governance models for global vendors
- Define performance frameworks for global vendors
- Ensure transparency of fleet metrics
- Drive continuous improvement
- Review performance insights with regional teams
- Foster best-practice exchange within the community
- Build capabilities across the organization
- Lead training initiatives for the community
- Lead global, regional, or local projects
- Manage major transformation initiatives
