- Demonstrated history of applying advanced market research methodologies and innovations
- Critical thinking for navigating TA, portfolio, and enterprise complexities
- Ability to translate research and analysis into concise, compelling business recommendations
- Proven ability to connect disparate data points into a cohesive strategic narrative
- Adept at shaping commercialization strategies by influencing senior stakeholders without authority
- Experienced in developing, generating buy-in and piloting innovative solutions or novel tools and systems
- Comfortable translating high-level intent into actionable roadmaps and leading initiatives confidently
- Track record of transformation impact through initiatives at department/functional or organizational level
Tasks
- Shape Roche's Pharma strategy through market, portfolio, and customer insights
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders to generate cross-portfolio insights
- Operationalize industry-leading methodologies in primary and secondary market research
- Lead innovative projects and workstreams to pioneer new methodologies and technologies
- Drive engagement and embed enhancements within the EI and PSI teams
- Align cross-functional partners around high-impact, insight-driven deliverables
- Elevate the quality and impact of EI deliverables by advancing research practices
- Implement high-impact methodologies and tools to inform strategic business decisions
- Design and execute a multi-year roadmap to evolve Primary Market Research and secondary insights capabilities
- Lead pilots for innovative research engines and scale successful methodologies globally
- Generate strategic insights on multi-TA impact themes like Digital Health and Drug Delivery
- Connect the dots across the portfolio to unlock business value
- Define and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for Market Research within EI
- Serve as the primary lead for partnerships with key strategic vendors
- Ensure high-quality delivery and partnership excellence in vendor work
- Uphold research integrity by overseeing compliance frameworks and optimizing processes
