Requirements

  • University degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with SW development for closed loop control, signal processing, algorithms, and real time programming mechanisms
  • Experience with IEC 61131-3 programming languages (CODESYS) and Matlab Simulink
  • Application of well-structured methodology for high-quality software and documentation development
  • Team and project management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in converter control, power electronics, or automotive technologies
  • Fluent English

  • Ensure transparency across active customer projects
  • Align activities across projects
  • Support long-term resource planning in software teams
  • Anticipate and address capacity needs
  • Address cross-portfolio challenges
  • Serve as first point of contact for product management and sales
  • Inform Product Management of SW architecture decisions
  • Facilitate adoption of architecture standards
  • Create synergies across projects and platforms
  • Guide SW standardization across all layers
  • Provide inputs for SW architecture pipeline
  • Drive strategic roadmap for Control Engineering
  • Align roadmap with Traction Control R&D
  • Serve as first point of contact for high-level control topics
  • Coordinate special projects
  • Estimate effort, cost, and risk for control engineering
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Derive action plans to improve customer satisfaction
