Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field with focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- •Several years of experience in Procurement, ideally in international manufacturing environment
- •In-depth expertise in SAP MM/IM and related modules (e.g. SD, CS, PP)
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel within the ACEMEA region
- •Strong knowledge of supplier management, P2P processes, process and project management, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Analytical, structured, and hands-on working style with solid understanding of project and change management

Tasks
- •Support central purchasing processes
- •Develop a global procurement organization
- •Train and assist Procurement Operators and Commodity Buyers
- •Participate in SAP rollouts and continuous improvements
- •Collaborate with IT and Global Process Owners
- •Document processes from 'as-is' to 'to-be'
- •Focus on SAP MM/IM module enhancements
- •Create and execute template processes and change requests
- •Document SAP S/4 rollout activities
- •Transfer knowledge to local teams through training sessions
- •Cooperate with key users and project teams
- •Ensure system readiness before go-live
- •Support during the hypercare phase
- •Guide international rollouts
- •Collaborate with Sales, Production, and IT teams
