Requirements
- Proven track record and extensive experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or a comparable commercial/global role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and structured
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Ability to consolidate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Fluency in English, additional German or Italian skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel is required
Tasks
- Lead the global assortment selection process
- Consolidate regional insights for product choices
- Guide global selection days
- Ensure product choices reflect global strategy
- Address relevant local needs
- Partner with local markets to understand performance
- Communicate milestones and decisions transparently
- Support translation of global assortment into local plans
- Manage supplier engagement with Strategic Purchasing
- Coordinate Buying Day preparation and follow-up
- Maintain effective governance routines with brand partners
- Drive smooth global execution with clear timelines
- Coordinate initial global orders
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning
- Monitor global and local trends and competitor activity
- Integrate market-driven insights into global strategy
- Validate inputs with regional teams
- Support the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out
- Track performance and identify opportunities for SKU rationalization
- Ensure a balanced, commercially strong global assortment
