- Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes affecting raw materials
- Direct testing and monitoring programs for agrochemicals and residues
- Ensure compliance with residue legislation
- Support certification requirements
- Develop and apply residue estimation tools
- Lead strategy and policy development for agrochemicals and residues
- Represent the company in scientific and regulatory forums
- Support advocacy initiatives
- Recruit and develop direct and indirect reports
