- Proven experience in forward gas trading

- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages (plus)

- Ability to operate within defined risk limits
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Price and value options on physical optionality
- Manage financial market risk for LNG optionality
- Develop and execute European forward gas trading strategies

- Identify trading opportunities from market drivers
- Optimize forward gas portfolios with power and cross-commodity teams
- Manage hedging activities
- Manage structured products for gas and LNG markets
- Utilize advanced analytics, models, and data tools
- Support trading decisions
- Forecast market movements
- Collaborate with origination, risk, and analytics teams
- Align trading strategies with company objectives
- Maintain and build relationships with market participants
- Engage with exchanges, brokers, and clients
- Stay updated on gas market regulatory changes
