- •Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung im Payroll-Bereich
- •Erfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
- •Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Vertrautheit mit Payroll-Timelines

Tasks
- •Execute payroll processing in SAP HR for all employees, including expats and inpats
- •Conduct year-end payroll activities and annual wage declarations
- •Manage inquiries through the ticketing tool
- •Communicate in German and English with employees, supervisors, and external parties
- •Prepare payroll statements
- •Report and process accident and sick leave payments via UKA
- •Perform monthly reconciliations between HR and Finance
- •Provide expert advice to internal contacts and escalate complex issues to specialists
- •Thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, contributing actively
