- Create templates and design guidelines
- Develop and maintain the Standardization Roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments
- Engage in Quality processes
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Cycles
- Discuss and evaluate improvements
- Prioritize and implement improvements
- Technically lead improvement tasks
- Drive standardization of E3 templates
- Ensure high-quality project-specific schematics
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Native
- German – Basic
