Requirements

  • UI/UX design and web front-end development experience
  • Web back-end (REST API) design and development experience
  • User requirements identification experience
  • DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Compose, Kubernetes) knowledge or experience (advantageous)
  • Spoken and written English proficiency
  • Commitment to learn French
  • National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
  • Maximum two years professional experience since graduation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract
  • University degree required

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain crucial web applications
  • Work on full-stack web applications and databases
  • Gather and iterate on requirements with users and stakeholders
  • Provide application support to converter experts
  • Collaborate with a team of developers using Scrum
  • Own and lead sprints for a subset of web applications
