Tasks

  • Support smooth Front Office operations
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints
  • Review cash balances and daily closings
  • Gain financial insights in Front Office
  • Work with Administration Manager on accounts receivable
  • Assist with monthly and annual closings
  • Help with Front Office and shop inventories
  • Coordinate external cleaning company
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with cleaning company
  • Manage correspondence and reservations
  • Support posting and reconciliation of daily closings

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Currently in higher education
