Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in banking or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
  • 3 years professional experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to gather, analyse, interpret, and present performance metrics and financial data
  • Proven interest and experience with financial products, genuine enthusiasm for private banking
  • Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices and front-office workflows
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP systems experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, structured thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate, competent, and professional communication
  • Adaptable mindset for dynamic environments and changing priorities
  • Flexible and resilient team player with integrity and great sense of responsibility
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate successfully across functions

Tasks

  • Support financial reporting with regional Finance unit
  • Analyze business and data for Market
  • Coordinate project and initiative implementation
  • Ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Assist Market Heads, Group Heads, and Relationship Managers
  • Manage regular and ad-hoc Business Management tasks
  • Develop presentations for senior management
  • Provide status updates to senior management
  • Assume backup for broader business management duties
  • Maintain continuity during leave or high-pressure periods
  • Collaborate with Bank stakeholders
  • Represent Market interests across the Bank
  • Organize and deliver internal events
  • Support internal business unit communications
