Description

You will play a vital role in the success of Berlin-based summits by supporting onsite AV operations, from equipment setup to troubleshooting, while collaborating closely with the lead technician.

Requirements

• •Availability to work in Berlin
• •High level of English
• •Advanced level of German
• •Daily commute to Berlin event location
• •Basic understanding of audiovisual technology
• •Experience lifting heavy items
• •Familiarity with presentation software and microphones
• •Strong communication and instruction-following skills
• •Willingness to learn and take direction
• •3-5 years AV Technician experience
• •Experience with LED screens
• •Ability to collaborate in diverse environments
• •Positive mindset and pressure management
• •Excellent time management
• •Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality

Tasks

• •Set up and dismantle AV equipment for summit events
• •Operate AV kits alongside the Lead Technician
• •Handle, store, and test equipment for maintenance
• •Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting
• •Follow company guidelines and quality standards
• •Foster a supportive and efficient team environment
• •Update technical knowledge of company equipment
• •Communicate with onsite teams for smooth operations
