Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years FP&A/Commercial Finance experience in Pharma/Medical Device
- Experience in matrix, MNC environment
- Excellent Excel (Macros), PowerPoint, Microsoft applications, SAP
- Essential experience with SAP, SAP BPC, Power BI
- RPA and AI experience is a plus
- Proficient English speaking ability
- Self-starter with excellent work ethics, communication/interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Works in a highly collaborative and customer-oriented manner
- Inquisitive, highly analytical, strategic mindset

- Prepare regional and global reports

- Maintain monthly expense reports
- Analyze expenses for accurate forecasting
- Prepare variance analysis commentaries
- Support affiliate Product P&L preparation
- Analyze spend trends
- Prepare monthly S&OP reports
- Maintain ad-hoc dashboards
- Support business case preparations
- Ensure internal controls compliance
- Identify and validate financial assumptions
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
- Lead improvement projects
- Participate in regional and global projects
