Requirements
- 2+ years full-time product management experience in startup
- Semi-technical or technical degree from top-tier university
- Strong product sense and feature analysis
- Comfortable working with engineers on technical trade-offs
- Experience running user research and translating insights
- Structured thinking and ruthless prioritization
- Ability to prove oneself and gain trust of engineers/designers
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or revenue intelligence
- Background in technical discipline
- Experience with AI-powered products
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- VP Product or CPO background with hands-on approach
- Startup speed, not enterprise process
- Not pure business or strategy without technical depth
Tasks
- Own Bliro's core product
- Understand every feature and user flow
- Co-develop product roadmap with CTPO
- Translate company goals into clear priorities
- Lead product discovery with customers
- Run user interviews and shadow field sales reps
- Synthesize feedback into prioritized roadmap
- Define clear problem statements and success metrics
- Write detailed product specifications
- Drive product development for AI workflows
- Design scalable and reliable AI features
- Manage trade-offs in latency and reliability
- Ensure cohesive product experience across platforms
- Introduce and refine product processes
- Implement outcome-driven roadmapping
- Structure product discovery and validation
- Create high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks
- Translate product capabilities into go-to-market materials
- Enable sales with product knowledge
- Prepare product function for scaling
- Support organizational readiness for Series A
